Praise be to God Almighty, after a series of versions of the electronic competitions program that were produced during the last years, we obtained, praise be to God, the 44th version of the competitions program, which is distinguished in terms of storage, display, speed of data retrieval, calculating grades in a professional manner, and ease of use, which contributed to completing the competition without tedious paper procedures and with high efficiency and speed of completion. Accordingly, the 44th version of the program (2024-2025 AD) was constructed with joint efforts by the educational and administrative staff at the Abdullah bin Masoud Center for Teaching the Holy Quran. This edition is preserved according to the laws of intellectual property preservation.

Hassan bin Abdullah Ghuloum Competition: It is a Quranic competition that the Abdullah bin Masoud Center for Teaching the Holy Quran is honored to hold annually. This year, it was implemented in a distinguished manner and with joint efforts by the administrative and educational body on 13-14-2025 AD, under the general supervision of His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Ibrahim, Chairman, and the follow-up of Sheikh Hassan Al-Sheikh, Supervisor of Competitions, and the guidance of Sheikh Muhammad Faraj, Supervisor of the Educational Body.

Abdullah bin Masoud Center for Teaching the Holy Quran held the 18th edition of the Rashid bin Abdullah Jalijel Competition. This Quranic competition is a pioneer and famous one in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the joint efforts of the administrative and educational staff, and under the direct supervision of His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Ibrahim, Head of the Center, and the follow-up of Sheikh Hassan Al-Sheikh, Supervisor of Competitions, and the guidance of Sheikh Muhammad Faraj Muhammad, Supervisor of the Educational Staff. It was implemented in a distinguished manner and included distinguished aspects and creativity from various participations in the field of the Holy Quran. This was on 12-7-2024 AD.

Abdullah bin Masoud Center for Teaching the Holy Quran implemented an intensive training program on the testing mechanism approved by the Holy Quran Affairs in cooperation with His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Faraj Muhammad, Supervisor of the Educational Authority and training of judges on the electronic competitions program in cooperation with Engineer Saleh Sami Al-Omari, Technical Supervisor, and follow-up by Sheikh Hassan Al-Sheikh, Supervisor of Competitions.

The center intends to hold a one-day Quran recitation event which will be held on Wednesday night, 1 Rajab 1446 AH corresponding to January 1, 2025 at Ali bin Jabr Al Thani Mosque in Al Hidd City (may Allah protect it) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The first period will be after Isha prayer until 11 pm on Tuesday night, Wednesday. The second period will be after Fajr prayer until 11 am on Wednesday, noting that the closing ceremony will be after Wednesday noon prayer.

After implementing the Holy Quran recitation event in one day, it was crowned with the honor and respect of the center’s management, represented by His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Ibrahim, and the participation of His Eminence Sheikh Abdullah Al-Omari, Director General of the Holy Quran in the Kingdom, who were honored to honor the participants in this program on 1/8/2025 AD, hoping that God Almighty will accept it from them and grant us all sincerity in word and deed.

A media meeting was held with the Tajweed platform, under the supervision of the technical supervisor, on 12/30/2025 AD, to open a media studio in which everything useful will be broadcasted at the Abdullah bin Masoud Center for Teaching the Holy Quran.

The mentioned session will be held at the Lady Fatima Center at 7:30 pm after dinner, and the lecturer will be Dr. Muhammad Al-Dasouqi Kahila, and the invitation is open to all.

Abdullah bin Masoud Center for Teaching the Holy Quran will hold a joint ceremony for the Rashid Al-Buflasa and Hassan Ghuloum competitions at Ali bin Jabr Al Thani Mosque on Thursday, February 13, 2025, under the patronage of the Speaker of the Shura and Senate Councils, His Excellency Sheikh Ghanem Bu Ainain.

A meeting was held in the presence of Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Sunni with the administrative body led by His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Ibrahim, head of the center, Sheikh Muhammad Faraj, head of the educational body, Sheikh Adnan Ghallab, head of the administrative body, Sheikh Hafez Al-Qurashi, supervisor of Iqra wa Irtaqa, and members of the administrative body.

Abdullah Bin Masoud Center for Teaching the Holy Quran for Men intends to invite you to attend the live broadcast of the Iqra and Irtaqa course by His Eminence Dr. Hafez Al-Qurashi, starting from Sunday 24 Shaban 1446 AH corresponding to 02-23-2025 AD until Thursday 28 Shaban 1446 AH corresponding to 02-27-2025 AD at exactly 5:35 PM Bahrain time, may God Almighty protect it. From the final day (comprehensive test) of the Hafiz Qualification Program of the Abdullah bin Masoud Center in its fifth session, which continued from after the dawn prayer until 9 am on Saturday, Sha’ban 23, 1446, corresponding to February 22, 2025 AD, more than 30 participants from the memorizers of the Book of God Almighty participated in the fifth session. More than 25 participants were nominated for the comprehensive test. Each participant nominated for the test was tested at a specific time in addition to the test of the texts: Al-Jazariyah text and Tuhfat Al-Atfal text.

It aims to encourage the memorization of the Holy Quran among participants from various Quranic centers and circles in Bahrain. The competition is based on memorization and mastery, with participants competing in specific categories, the first being the memorization of 20 parts (Juz'). The competition brings together more than 30 participants from multiple centers, reflecting the widespread presence of Quran memorization circles and the diversity of the participants. A specialized committee, chaired by Dr. Sheikh Mahmoud Adam and with Mr. Bassam Taher Mohammed as general coordinator, oversees the competition to ensure high-quality judging and scholarly standards.

After: Abdullah bin Masoud Office for Teaching the Holy Quran is pleased to submit to you a brief report on the implementation of the “Quranic Zeal Day Program for Young People” (which aims to have 300 young students, aged up to fifteen years old, recite up to five parts of the Holy Quran), as part of the activities of the month of Sha’ban (the month of the Quran) and in preparation for the blessed month of Ramadan.
